Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Clients are requested to provide at least 12 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments are in high demand and your 12 hour notice will allow another client to access that appointment time.
Late Policy:
If you think you are running late please give us a call or text. We understand that sometimes unforeseen delays can occur. However, arriving late may affect the quality and duration of your service.
If you arrive more than 8 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our best to reschedule your service for a day that’s more convenient for you.
No-Call / No-Show Policy:
Clients who no-call/no-show to their appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of their total service.
Children Policy:
Due to limited space and safety issues, we can not allow children in the studio during your appointment. You may accompany a minor if they are being serviced.
